By creating an account or using Organarium, you agree to the terms below. See also the privacy policy, which covers what data is stored and how.
Organarium is a task and project manager, accessible via the web dashboard and via MCP-compatible AI agents. It's provided as-is, and I make a reasonable effort to keep it available and your data intact, but no uptime or availability guarantee is made.
You're responsible for the security of your account and for any activity that happens under it, including actions taken by AI agents you've connected via MCP. Don't share your login credentials or MCP connection URL with anyone you don't want to have the same access to your projects that you do.
Paid plans are $5/month or $20/year, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period. Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
You own the projects, tasks, and other content you or your agents create. I don't claim any rights to it beyond what's needed to store and display it back to you as part of the service. Don't use Organarium to store or share content that's illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to store.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it in a way that places unreasonable load on shared infrastructure. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended or terminated.
You can stop using Organarium and cancel your subscription at any time. I may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice, in which case active subscriptions are refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused time.
Organarium is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data — keep your own copies of anything critical.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Organarium after a change takes effect counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
