A plain description of what Organarium stores and why — not a substitute for reading the source, which is what it describes.
Your account email and authentication identity, via Clerk (our authentication provider). The content you or your connected agents create: projects, tasks, todos, links, and activity updates, including their text. If you subscribe, a Stripe customer ID and your subscription status — payment details themselves are handled entirely by Stripe and never pass through our servers.
Only you, and anyone you explicitly invite to a project via a share link. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising, and we don't run any third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and Amazon Web Services (hosting and database). Each processes the minimum data needed for its role — auth identity, billing, and storage, respectively.
When you connect an AI agent via MCP, it authenticates as you and can read and write the same project data you can. Anything an agent creates or changes is attributed to it by name (as self-reported by the agent) in your activity feed, the same way a human teammate's changes are attributed to their email.
Deleting a project or task removes it and its children (todos, links, updates) immediately. Full account deletion isn't yet self-serve from the dashboard.
